Young Scot's Youth Loneliness Panel have gathered information, support and signposting for young people who might be experiencing loneliness in Scotland and you can check out all this information at this webpage.

Read our stats and facts about youth loneliness and answer all the questions below. Anyone who answers the first three questions correctly will be entered to win 2nd generation Apple AirPods.

We also want to know your top tips for helping a friend who is lonely and what you think can be done to tackle youth loneliness in Scotland. The answers to these questions will be kept anonymous and your answers could be used in our content.
